Menghirup uap air panas

Menghirup uap air panas dari alat penguap atau semangkuk air panas bisa membantu mengencerkan lendir di saluran pernapasan atas seperti hidung dan sinus serta membuka saluran pernapasan yang tersumbat akibat pembengkakan jaringan atau lendir berlebih.

Kompres hangat

Kompres hangat adalah metode yang sering digunakan untuk meredakan pembengkakan dan mengurangi peradangan pada jaringan. Panas dari kompres hangat dapat membantu mengurangi pembengkakan pada jaringan di sekitar hidung dan saluran pernapasan atas, yang dapat membantu membuka saluran pernapasan.
