Cara Membuat Jus Nanas untuk Meredakan Batuk

Bagi Anda yang ingin mencoba jus nanas sebagai obat batuk rumahan, berikut ini beberapa resep yang bisa Anda coba: 

Jus nanas, madu, dan garam

Campurkan bahan-bahan berikut: 

  • 1 cangkir jus nanas
  • Sejumput garam
  • Sejumput merica
  • 1 1/2 sdm madu

Minum campuran jus nanas ini 1/4 cangkir hingga 3 kali sehari. Minuman ini mengandung madu, sehingga tidak dianjurkan bagi anak-anak di bawah usia 1 tahun.

Jus nanas, cabai, dan jahe

Mengonsumsi cabai dipercaya membantu meredakan batuk, melegakan tenggorokan dan hidung. Sedangkan jahe merupakan rempah yang memiliki sifat antiperadangan dan antioksidan alami yang dapat membantu meredakan batuk. Anda bisa memadukan kedua bahan tersebut ke dalam jus nanas sebagai ramuan pereda batuk. 

Campurkan bahan-bahan berikut menggunakan blender:

  • 1 cangkir jus nanas
  • Sejumput garam
  • Sejumput merica
  • 1 1/2 sdm madu
  • 7 cm ruas jahe
  • 1/4 cangkir jus lemon
  • 1/2 sdt cabai rawit

Mengonsumsi jus nanas relatif aman dan minim efek samping. Namun pada beberapa orang dapat mengalami efek samping seperti mual, muntah, dan diare.

Jus nanas juga dapat menyebabkan lonjakan gula darah. Jika Anda mengidap diabetes sebaiknya berhati-hati dalam mengonsumsi jus nanas agar tidak berlebihan. Sedangkan bagi Anda yang memiliki alergi pada buah nanas atau buah tropis lainnya sebaiknya menghindari konsumsi jus nanas.

  • Minum teh jahe
