Mengoleskan kuning telur ke rambut dan kulit percaya diyakini membuat rambut tumbuh lebih kuat dan lebih sehat.

1. Masker rambut

Cara paling mudah menggunakan kuning telur untuk rambut adalah dengan menggunakannya untuk masker. Campur 2-3 kuning telur dengan 2-3 tetes air perasan jeruk untuk mengurangi aroma amis masker telur. Setelah tercampur rata, oleskan pada permukaan rambut lalu diamkan selama 20 menit. Setelah didiamkan, Anda bisa membilasnya menggunakan air dingin hingga benar-benar bersih lalu baru bersihkan dengan sampo dan oleskan kondisioner.

Anda bisa melakukan perawatan ini setidaknya satu atau dua kali dalam satu bulan. Selain telur, Anda juga bisa mencampur masker ini dengan beberapa bahan lainnya seperti madu, lidah buaya, minyak zaitun dan minyak kelapa untuk membuat rambut semakin berkilau.

2. Menu diet
