Warna putih pada kuku

Dok, kan kita kalo di kuku ada bagian bawahnya gitu yang warna nya lebih putih. Itu sebenernya apa si dok? kenapa beda-beda ada yang warna putih pada kuku nya tu banyak, ada yang gaada sama sekali. Apakah itu tanda penyakit tertentu?

Bagian bawah kuku yang berwarna putih dan berbentuk bulan sabit dikenal sebagai lunula. 

Fungsinya adalah sebagai area pertumbuhan kuku. Ukuran serta bentuknya bisa bervariasi tergantung pada ras, usia serta faktor kesehatan seseorang.

Lunula yang tidak terlihat pada sebagian besar kuku dapat dikaitkan dengan kondisi seperti:

  • Anemia
  • Malnutrisi
  • Tingkat stress tinggi

Namun kondisi diatas tentunya perlu dipastikan dengan beberapa pemeriksaan fisik lainnya serta pemeriksaan penunjang apabila diperlukan. Lunula yang tidak terlihat tidak cukup kuat untuk memastikan seseorang mengalami sakit.

Untuk menjaga kesehatan secara umum, berikut tips yang dapat diikuti:

  • Istirahat cukup minimal 6-8 jam per hari
  • Beraktivitas fisik minimal 30 menit per hari
  • Jalani pola makan yang teratur dan memiliki nilai gizi seimbang
  • Konsumsi air putih minimal 8 gelas per hari
  • Hindari stres

Apabila merasa memiliki gejala sering lemas, berat badan turun dengan cepat dan merasa minat berkurang, maka sebaiknya dapat berkonsultasi secara langsung dengan dokter.
