Kesehatan ibu selama kehamilan menjadi salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Kesehatan ibu hamil tidak hanya penting untuk sang ibu, namun juga dapat memengaruhi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan janin yang sedang berkembang.

Skrining selama kehamilan dapat menjadi salah satu cara memastikan bahwa ibu dan janin mendapatkan perawatan yang tepat dan optimal. Skrining apa saja yang dibutuhkan selama kehamilan, dan kapan harus didapatkan?

 

Skrining Kesehatan Ibu Hamil

Pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin

Salah satu skrining kehamilan yang terpenting adalah pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin. Kunjungan prenatal ini merupakan bagian penting untuk mengonfirmasi kehamilan, mendengar detak jantung janin, mendapatkan perkiraan tanggal persalinan, dan pemantauan perkembangan janin di dalam rahim.

Tidak hanya itu, pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin memberikan kesempatan ibu untuk mendapatkan informasi berharga terkait nutrisi, aktivitas fisik yang aman, serta tanda-tanda peringatan yang perlu diperhatikan selama kehamilan.

Menurut Kemenkes RI, ibu hamil minimal harus menjalani pemeriksaan setidaknya 6 kali selama kehamilan. Pemeriksaan kehamilan mungkin lebih sering dibutuhkan apabila Anda hamil di atas usia 35 tahun, memiliki riwayat kesehatan yang bisa memengaruhi kehamilan, atau adanya risiko persalinan prematur.

Pemeriksaan tekanan darah

Skrining tekanan darah menjadi hal penting dari setiap pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin untuk mengawasi kemungkinan terjadinya preeklamsia. Kondisi ini biasanya terjadi setelah minggu ke-20 kehamilan dan ditandai oleh peningkatan tekanan darah yang signifikan serta adanya protein dalam urine.

Skrining TBC

Skrining tuberkulosis (TBC) penting dilakukan setiap pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin, mulai trimester pertama sampai terakhir. Kehamilan dapat membuat sistem kekebalan tubuh lebih rentan sehingga risiko infeksi dan komplikasi TB meningkat.

Tes kulit tuberkulin (TST) biasanya aman digunakan selama kehamilan dan menjadi bagian pemeriksaan terutama jika ibu hamil berisiko tinggi terpapar TBC. Tes ini melibatkan penyuntikan kecil tuberkulin di bawah kulit dan pengukuran pembengkakan di area suntik setelah 48-72 jam.

Skrining HIV, hepatitis B dan sifilis

Tes darah untuk hepatitis B, HIV dan sifilis adalah bagian penting dari pemeriksaan kehamilan yang direkomendasikan setidaknya satu kali selama kehamilan. Tes ini bertujuan mendeteksi infeksi hepatitis B, HIV, atau sifilis yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan ibu hamil dan janin di kandungan.

Dengan deteksi dini apabila ibu terinfeksi salah satu di antaranya, maka pengobatan dini dapat diberikan untuk menurunkan risiko komplikasi pada ibu dan janin.

Skrining anemia

Anemia pada ibu hamil dapat terjadi karena volume darah meningkat lebih cepat selama kehamilan dibandingkan peningkatan jumlah sel darah merah. Untuk itu, ibu hamil perlu mendapatkan tes darah lengkap untuk mendeteksi anemia setidaknya dua kali selama kehamilan, yaitu pada 0-12 minggu pertama kehamilan dan 24-40 minggu kehamilan.

Pemeriksaan USG

Pemeriksaan USG (ultrasonografi) menjadi salah satu alat diagnostik penting selama kehamilan. USG dapat membantu memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin, menentukan usia kehamilan, mendeteksi dini kelainan janin, menilai plasenta dan cairan ketuban serta memantau persiapan persalinan.

USG minimal dilakukan dua kali selama kehamilan atau setiap pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin.

Pemeriksaan gigi dan mulut

Pemeriksaan gigi dan mulut selama kehamilan penting dilakukan karena kesehatan mulut memiliki dampak signifikan pada kesehatan ibu hamil dan janin. Perubahan hormonal selama kehamilan dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit gusi. Perubahan kebiasaan makan dan muntah dapat meningkatkan risiko karies gigi. Selain itu, pemeriksaan rutin gigi dan mulut memungkinkan deteksi dini seperti luka atau lesi yang memerlukan perawatan tambahan.

Skrining kesehatan jiwa

Kehamilan menyebabkan rentannya masalah kesehatan mental termasuk depresi prenatal, kecemasan, atau gangguan stres pasca trauma. Skrining kesehatan mental selama kehamilan memungkinkan deteksi dini masalah ini, sekaligus memikirkan langkah-langkah yang perlu segera diambil.

Skrining kesehatan jiwa setidaknya dilakukan dua kali selama kehamilan, yaitu pada usia 0-12 minggu kehamilan dan 24-40 minggu kehamilan.
