Dok saya berusia 18 tahun izin bertanya saya selalu tiba tiba mual sendiri tapi tidak keluar muntah terus dada kanan, kiri kadang seperti ditusuk dan itu pindah pindah terus ulu hati atau perut bagian atas tengah terasa seperti orang yang keselek tapi perut bagian atas dan bagian kanan tak raba keras seperti itu kenapa dok

Adanya keluhan mual, rasa tidak nyaman pada perut atas serta ulu hati dan adanya sensasi dada seperti tertusuk, bisa dimungkinkan karena beberapa hal berikut:

Disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan ke dokter secara langsung agar dapat ditentukan penyebab yang pasti dan juga penentuan terapi yang tepat. Saran yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi gejala yang dirasakan, yakni:

  • Atur pola makan lebih sering namun dalam porsi yang kecil;
  • Kunyah makanan hingga lembut;
  • Hindari makanan yang terasa pedas, asam dan berlemak;
  • Hindari minuman berkafein, beralkohol dan bersoda;
  • Cukupi konsumsi air putih minimal 8 gelas sehari;
  • Jangan langsung merebahkan badan setelah makan;
  • Jaga berat badan ideal sesuai indeks massa tubuh;
  • Hindari faktor pencetus stres;
  • Istirahat yang cukup.

Anda juga dapat mengonsumsi obat yang mengandung antasida dengan ketentuan dosis dan cara pakai sesuai pada label kemasan obat. Jika, keluhan tidak kunjung mereda setelan melakukan saran di atas dan sudah konsumsi obat lebih dari 3 hari, maka disarankan untuk berkonsultasi ke dokter spesialis penyakit dalam.
