Daun parsley

Jus nanas

Yogurt

Apel

Studi menemukan bahwa apel dapat menghilangkan aroma bawang. Adalah kandungan alami di dalam apel yang dapat menetralisir aroma tidak sedap bawang. Kandungan tersebut juga dipercaya dapat menetralisir bau tak sedap di mulut.

Baking soda

Tidak untuk dimakan, tetapi Anda bisa menggunakan baking soda untuk berkumur. Baking soda efektif membunuh bakteri di dalam mulut sehingga dapat mengurangi problem bau mulut.

Anda hanya perlu menggunakan 2 sdt baking soda dan mencampurkannya ke dalam 1 gelas air hangat. Gunakan berkumur selama 30 detik.

Cuka apel

Selain baking soda, Anda juga bisa menggunakan cuka untuk berkumur. Cuka apel meninggalkan lingkungan asam di dalam mulut yang tidak cocok sebagai tempat tinggal bakteri.

Tambahkan 2 sdm cuka apel ke dalam segelas air hangat. Gunakan untuk berkumur selama 30 detik.
