Manfaat mentimum

Sebagai buah yang rendah kalori, kaya serat dan tinggi kandungan air, mentimun banyak berperan dalam program penurunan berat badan. Namun selain itu, masih banyak manfaat lain dari mentimun, di antaranya seperti dilansir Healthline berikut ini.
