Apa itu BHA

Asam Beta-Hidroksi Butanoat (Beta-Hydroxybutyric Acid)

Asam beta hidroksi butanoat adalah senyawa kimia yang juga digunakan dalam produk perawatan kulit BHA. Senyawa ini dapat membantu mengangkat sel-sel kulit mati dan meningkatkan tekstur kulit.

Asam Tretokanat dan asam tropis

Asam tretokanat dan asam tropis adalah BHA yang memiliki efek sama dengan asam salisilat pada kulit. Meskipun kurang umum dibandingkan asam salisilat, kedua bahan ini dapat ditemui dalam beberapa produk perawatan kulit.

Asam salisilat dikenal dapat menembus lebih dalam ke lapisan kulit sehingga membantu melawan bakteri penyebab jerawat.

Memiliki sifat eksfoliasi

Seperti AHA, BHA juga memiliki sifat eksfoliasi yang dapat membantu mengangkat sel-sel kulit mati dan meningkatkan tekstur kulit. Kemampuan BHA dapat menembus pori-pori sehingga efektif dalam membersihkan dan mencegah penyumbatan pori-pori.
