Maintain Oral Hygiene

Good oral hygiene is a vital first step in preventing bad breath. Be sure to brush your teeth regularly, both after suhoor and before going to bed, using fluoride toothpaste. Don’t forget to clean your tongue with a toothbrush or tongue scraper to remove any food residue and bacteria.

Drink Sufficient Water During Suhoor and Iftar
