How To Work
Fluocinollone is a liquided corticosteroid class drug with moderate-heavy potential. Corticosteroid-type drugs work as an anti-inflammatory. This drug inhibits swelling, blood vessel widening, and the formation of blood clotting and inflammatory-related skar components. The topical steroid or oles can act as an anti-inflammatory and antigatal.
Indications
Fluocinolone is an indicated drug for patients with diabetic macular edema, chronic non-infection posterior uveitis, aneczematous exterinary autitis, an enczematious derheroid that responds to corticosteroids, atopy dermatitis, head psoriasis, seboroic dermatitis in the scalp.

Contraindication
Every preparation of fluocinolone is contraindicated to certain patients.
For intravitreal use or into the eyes, this drug is counter-indicated to patients with eye infections or about the eyes, including viral infections in the corona, conjuntivators and psychocyplex keratitis, vaccinia, variricella, glukoma.
For topical use or oles, fluocinollone is counter-inducated in patients with bacterial or viral infections in the skin, acne, rosacea, apritus anogenital, dermatic periodial.
Side Effects
Side effects can occur in the use of fluocinolone. However, not all users have the same side effects. Side effects that can occur in the use of fluocinolone are as follows:
- An allergic reaction to the skin such as burning, itching, redness
- Dry skin
- The existence of blood vessels such as a spider nest is called sabektasis
- The existence of secondary infections is like cushion syndrome, hyperglycemia, glycosuria)
- Increased blood cholesterol levels

- Diabetic macula Edema
Adults: In insufficiently responsive patients to the available treatment: As an ocular implant 0.19 mg: Provide 1 implant in the eye that is exposed through intravitreal injection. Not recommended for simultaneous administration of both eyes.
- Non-infection chronic Uveitis in the eye posterior segment
Adult: As an ocular implant 0.18 mg: Provide 1 implant in the exposed eye through an intravitreal injection. As an ocular implant of 0.59 mg: Provide 1 implant (containing a silicon wrapped tab) into an eye posterior segment exposed through an intravitreal injection.

- Otitis externa eczema chronic
Adults: As a 0.01% eardrop: Drop 5 drops to the sore ears for 1-2 weeks.
Child: 2 years As oil ear drops 0.01%: Just like adult doses.
Topol / Topial
- Responsive derheroidal to corticosteroids
Adults: As 0.025% cream, 0.00625% or 0.02% circulation, 0.01% solution: Apply thin layers to areas affected 2-4 times a day depending on the condition.
Child: 1 year Just like an adult dose. Treatment duration: Up to 5 days without using an occlusion.

- Atopic dermatitis
Adults: As body oil 0.01%: Apply a thin layer to the area affected 3 times a day. Apply the least amount to cover the affected area.
Children: For moderate to severe cases: As body oil 0.01%: 3 months wet the skin then apply a thin layer to the affected area for up to 4 weeks. Apply the minimum amount to cover the affected area.
- Hynth psoriasis
Adult: As a skin oil: attach a thin layer to the wet or humid scalp, massage well, and cover with a shower cap. Leave it overnight or at least 4 hours before shampooing using regular shampoo and then rinse it thoroughly.
- Seboroik dermatitis on the skin
Adults: As a shampoo 0.01%: Apply no more than 1 ounce to the scalp once a day; work into foam and stay on the scalp for about 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
Security
Pregnant women:
Category C (Research on experimental animals shows there are side effects on the fetus). Drugs should only be given if the benefits outweigh the risks of pregnant women.
Breastfeeding mothers:
In mothers who are breastfeeding, fluocinollone is not yet known whether it is absorbed into breast milk or not. Don't use this drug without consulting a doctor.
Drug Interaction
Fluocinolone can increase the effect of drowsiness if used simultaneously with hypnotics and transquilizers, it can transmit concentrations of phenitoin and carbamazepin drugs in the blood.
