Pastikan Anda mencuci pembalut hingga bersih dari noda darah. Bila diperlukan, gunakan sabun atau detergen cair untuk membersihkan noda darah. Hindari mengucek pembalut dengan kasar hingga lapisan atau isi pembalut bocor.

 

2. Gulung dengan Tali

Untuk lebih mudah membuang pembalut, gulung pembalut dengan tali. Membuang pembalut dengan cara ini dapat mencegah pembalut terbuka di tempat sampah yang dapat memicu penyebaran bakteri. Setelah digulung, Anda dapat membuangnya langsung ke tempat sampah.

 

3. Bungkus Pembalut dengan Rapi

Beberapa perempuan lebih nyaman membungkus pembalut sebelum membuangnya. Jika Anda lebih suka cara ini, Anda dapat menggunakan kertas koran atau plastik untuk membungkus pembalut sebelum dibuang.

 

4. Hindari Membuang Pembalut di Toilet
