  • Menurunkan produksi minyak
  • Menghaluskan kulit
  • Menenangkan kulit
  • Melindungi kulit dari kerusakan yang diakibatkan radikal bebas

Sekalipun dikatakan mungkin bisa berbahaya bagi tubuh, penelitian terbaru meyakini bahwa kombinasi terapi vitamin A melalui topikal dan oral adalah solusi efektif untuk mengatasi problem jerawat. USDA membatasi konsumsi vitamin A tidak lebih dari 5.000 IU agar terhindar dari kerusakan hati.
