How To Work

This drug works by inhibiting the activation of the EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor). EGFR ini adalah gen yang berperan dalam memberikan sinyal kepada sel cancer untuk berkembangkan diri. Contraindication

• If used with stomach medicine (cheatprazole) can reduce dacomitinib levels in the blood and also reduce the effectiveness of this drug.
• It can increase the occurrence of toxicity (toxicity) effects of this drug and the effectiveness of the drug also decreases when interacting with cough drugs (dextrometropy).
